Carlos, holding dual Masters degrees in marketing and economics from USF in Tampa, FL, grew tired of the corporate grind, where recognition and financial freedom seemed out of reach. Together with Christina, they broke away from a well-known insurance company to establish their own brokerage, driven by a desire to make a difference.
